Don’t tell the others, but this might be my all-time favorite dahlia. There’s just something jaw-dropping about this lush, 5” creamy orange bloom that grows prolifically on a 4’ plant with rich, deep green foliage.

Depending on the weather conditions each year, I’ve noticed that Hot Rod’s color transforms throughout the season, varying from peachy orange blooms with soft, creamy-edged petals to vivid, deep orange blooms. Every variation is equally stunning!
