Refund policy

Quality guarantee:

Your dahlia tuber(s) will arrive with at least one visible eye. Viable tubers come in many shapes and sizes and similarly, some eyes may be smaller or larger than others, but all our tubers will have at least one eye and show visible signs of viability before we ship. 

We are sticklers about quality and want to make sure we only ship tubers that we are confident will grow well for you. Because of this strict quality protocol, you will be notified and refunded the full price of any tuber that fails to our meet quality standards between purchase and shipping. We inspect each tuber for visible signs of disease and will cull any stock if it ever looks questionable. We do our best to take precautions to prevent disease, but please note we cannot guarantee disease- or virus-free stock because we are unable to control environmental factors and potential exposures that could occur during the growing season and could lead to future issues with your stock.

Refund policies:
Please open the packaging and inspect your dahlia tuber(s) upon receipt. Contact us at cutflowersbymaggie@outlook.com within 1-2 days if you:

  1. Have any concerns with the quality of your tuber(s).
  2. If your order is incorrect (missing or wrong varieties)

After 2 days, all sales are final.

Due to our limited stock, unfortunately we are unable to replace your tubers, but we will issue a full refund for the price of your order if you tuber(s) doesn't (don't) meet our quality guarantee or was incorrect.

After delivery, no further guarantees can be made. We are not responsible for any issues that occur during shipment or may arise during the season due to improper planting, storage or care of your tuber(s). 

These issues include but are not limited to failures as a result of: 

  • Customer negligence (e.g. improper storage prior to planting, improper planting, improper care throughout season etc.)
  • Pests, viruses and diseases
  • Unfavorable weather conditions
  • Rot, mold or damage

How to initiate the refund process:

In the unfortunate instance that you receive a product that you are not satisfied with, email us at cutflowersbymaggie@outlook.com to request a refund review.

In this email, please include:

  1. A photo of the tuber(s) you are dissatisfied with
  2. A few sentences describing your concerns

We will notify you once we’ve received the refund request and will contact you via email to let you know if the refund was approved based on failure to meet our quality guarantee, above.

How the refund will be completed:

If your refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
