Shipping policy

We can only ship within the U.S. at this time.

As protocol, we are unable to combine orders unless requested prior to purchase. Each separate order will be fulfilled and shipped in the order it was received. 

Shipping will be added at checkout ($15 flat rate fee). 

Your package will include: 

• A printed order invoice
• Your tuber(s) packed and labeled in a small bag filled with wood shavings for cushion
• Your printed dahlia growing guide with care recommendations
  

All orders will ship based on your gardening zone to ensure there is limited danger of frost. Even if your gardening zone indicates it is warm enough to put tubers in the ground, your package may be traveling across states in colder zones, putting your tubers at risk of freezing. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process, but try our best to mitigate risk.

Additionally, all stock is subject to survival in storage prior to shipping. If unforeseen circumstances arise and any varieties you purchase become unavailable between purchase and shipping, you will be notified and refunded purchase price of the tuber that is no longer available. If you did not order any other varieties, your shipping fee will also be refunded. If you ordered other varieties, they will ship as expected, minus the refunded tuber.
